Dark Burgundy makeup. (part-2)

This is the part 2 of burgundy makeup! This look involves darker colour for conturing, giving out a vampy look, quite suitable for Halloween if you are up to being some dark angel or vampire that are not too creepy or what not.

to be honest, I really like this look, but sadly I can't pull it off every single day. :(

FOOD

First stop!! The Fabulous Baker Boy (FBB)
70 River Valley Rd  179037

6694 8336

This is my 2nd time to FBB, the first time that I went, me and my friend missed the brunch so! this time I went there specially for it!
Egg Bennedicts! I know the focus should be the eggs.. but I absolutely love the potatoes.. idk why.. and not a fan of the spinachhh, overall : Not bad! but if you go in the noon, its gg to be really HOT and WARM. And and and ! if you are gg on weekends, do make reservations! It can get quite crowded at times!

NEXT UPCoco Ichibanya
Bugis+ level 1

Gave in to temptation when my friend ordered, so I ordered this sliced pork with curry.
You can choose the level of spiciness you want, I chose lvl 1 and regretted.. should just take lvl 0.
My friend took lvl 4(16 chilli) and you can see his sauce is way darker and has those grinded chilli seeds in it. I tried it! and it is really really very hot..
I would say this Jap curry rice is okay. Not fantastic or what. But if you are craving for jap curryyy this is one place you can visit.

and I just have to upload this pic because while waiting for me to snap a photo of the food..
my friend couldn't wait and you can see him clutching to his cutlery!! LOL.

Dessert @ Milk and Honey: Block 86, Bedok North Ave 4, #01-179, Singapore 460086

I love this ice cream flavour so so much! It's called Shy Green Nut ( pistachio with dark chocolate bits. )
The pistachio taste is not overpowering and tgt with dark chocolate bits... I just love this. Quiet place to chill. Just typing this, I'm craving for it already! oh god!

MooJaa, Mookata Thai BBQ Steamboat

25 Keong Saik Road
Singapore 089132
Tel: +65 65364780

This one was quite expensive because for the amount of food and you paid roughly about 25+ including a cup of drink is pretty pricey and not very filling. But I must say the bbq pork with their sauceeee is awesome.! So if I ever do crave for the sauceee I will definitely head down! :) Also! the thai bbq is only available for dinner! Take note!

Wimbly Lu : Jalan Riang 15-2 ( near NEX)

Heard that their desserts are pretty good, so went there had their waffle and this black out cake. This is genuinely the most sinful place you can ever go to for desserts.. they have quite a lot of chocolate desserts!
The cake was very rich in chocolate, moist and I love it. On the other hand waffle was alright..

So basically that is what I've been up to for the past couple of days! EAT, FOOD and EAT AGAIN!

BACK-TRACK MEMORY- 12th Oct '13

I think this is one of the days that I had great fun so better to blog it down :)

First Stop, Dinner with a funny & friendliest bunch of people.
We went to Supulae for Korean BBQ. First time here, love the owner, very friendly and nice. There is good ventilation pipe thingy that actually vacuum the fumes or smokes from the cooking of the meat! So you don't have to worry about smelling bad after a BBQ session. AWESOME. The staff will actually help you prepare the meat and stuff, so you just have to sit and wait to eat :) 8 of us ordered 4 BBQ set for 2 @ S$48.90/set which includes side dishes, rice, soup and ofc 2 type of meat of your choice (pork, chicken, beef).
Pretty reasonable and surprisingly filling :) So if you guys are interested to try, here is the address :

Supulae Korean BBQ (숯불애)

BBQ Joint and Korean Restaurant in Singapore
80 Tanjong Pagar Road
Singapore088501

Next we went to Dhoby Ghaut to chill, played a couple of games. I must say I have a great time & had beerrrr.

Lastly my friend picked me up for night cycling, we head down to East Coast Park (ECP) to rent bikes before they closes. It was very very tiring and challenging because we are going to cycle on big roads with traffic and not on normal pavements in the park for cyclist. We went from ECP to Raffles Place, Marina Bay Sands then to Sentosa and back to ECP for sunrise. Although we were all very tired to fully appreciate the sunrise. It was a great experience! But something to note if you cycle near bushes, please take care and do not get cut like I do :(  as clumsy as ever!!.

FIRA LOVE- •´¯`♥

It bled.. but for the scenery and night breeze. Worth it!!

September Favourites~

It's October already.. So it is time for September Favourites!!
LET'S GO
Laneige-Water Sleeping Pack_EX (sample size-30ml)

I know that a lot of people have already been
raving about it but I've just gotten them in maybe august or so.
After diligently trying it for a month plus. 1-2times a week. I think this little baby here is a saviour for all the dry patches
on my forehead. When you use it, you will know that your skin is instantly moisturised. After 20mins of application you wont feel sticky at all. LOVE LOVE it.
And since I'm in Singapore, I like to leave it in the fridge before I use it. :)

Sister Diary-Black Pearl Q10 Mask

On days I don't use the laneige sleeping pack
I use the mask from Sister Diary because they just don't carry parabens and they doesn't break me out
For the month of september, I've been using the Whitening Black Pearl one because I had crazy number of camps in School which means I am under the sun most of the time, and also means that i'm getting darker.
Thus this one is really good.
Similarly I like to leave all my masks in the fridge before application. Cool my entire face.

Ellips- Hair Treatment

Next up, it's this hair ampoule from ellips.
I got them when i'm in Batam for about 50 to 60 cents.. ( probably August)
Love them ever since, leave my hair smelling nice and does prevent my hair ends from getting drier.
But I must say when I first squeeze the product out onto my palm.. The smell is very very strong and gross.
But after you work it into the ends of your hair. It smell nice and floral.
One ampoule last me two usage. :)

Essential Damage Care-Rich Premier

This one is another hair serum/cream I use often on my hair to salvage it.
As I had my hair dyed to a really yellow/orangey blonde before.. the ends which I permed previously is ridiculously dry even after I snip the curls off!
So this one does help my hair look and feel smoother.

Lovely Me:Ex Pastel Cushion Blusher-02 Coral Cushion

Loving this blush from The Face Shop.
Got it off Qoo10
My mum bought the 1+1 deal from another seller so unless you want to buy two if not I've place a link to buy individually at the top.
This blush is a beautiful coral colour with tiny shimmers
which is very pretty on tan skin tone. I love how the shimmers give a sheen of healthy glow to my face
and once I tried in on and after I came back (4hrs), traces of Shimmers can be seen. For a blush that is less than $10 the staying power is rather amazing. Plus, blushes don't stay on my face at all.. 1-2 hours is the max staying power of my MAC blushers.
SO MASSIVE LOVE FOR THIS.

Tony Moly single eyeshadow in no. 25 ( BD001)
3CE- concealer in no. 2 (sample size)

For the eyes; I've been really loving this matte eyeshadow to give my eyelids a wash of colour on a daily basis. This is my to go to eyeshadow for school, work. Really easy to pull it off. It is matte and  is a shade darker than milk tea kind of colour which is very close to my natural skin tone.

For the concealer, this little one here is very good for covering blemishes/ acne scars.
This month I had two very big blemish and acne scar on my cheeks. I need to cover up them badly because I'm required to put on full makeup for my event work. Lucky that i've this concealer to cover them up.
I still see a little dark pigmentation of the acne scar after applying it but for the covering up of red blemish. This concealer definitely does a perfect job.  Thumbs up!

YSL-Rouge Pur Couture Glossy Stain (no.7) Corail Aquatique

This lip stain is of a coral-red shimmery colour. Totally in love with it for the staying power up to 5 to 6 hours and the colour payoff. You can eat a meal with it and the colour still stay slightly visible. I believe if you want a stronger stain on the lips, you will have to buy shades that are darker.
Down side is that this is pretty drying so do apply lip balm every time before you put this on.

I Loewe You Perfume-50ml

Loving this perfume that I got for a gift for my 21st Birthday.
This is a great day time perfume. Floral and light. Great for daily wear.
Everytime I apply this, I feel super girly and flowery. And it does stay up to about 6 hours.
:)

Rubi- Purple Flats $5

SHOES! Loving this shoe every single day for the month of September.
I've been wearing it every single time I go out with friends. With this pair of goody I swear I can walk and shop for a good 5-6 hours w/o resting..
It is just so comfy and light to walk in. What is the best about it is! it is only $5.
MAJOR LOVE.

OLAY-Professional Pro-X & korean facial brush

Loving these two brushes for washing my face everyday.
At times when I feel like I need like a gentle exfoliation for my face, I will use the OLAY-professional pro-x
but for daily wash I will the korean facial brush that I got from Qoo10.
After using the OLAY- Pro-X with my laneige cleanser, my face feel super clean, no dry skin or dead skin.
And for the korean brush, it just has very fine and soft bristle that I believe cleanses the pores thoroughly and well leaving my skin clean. :)

SO that is all of my favourites of the month!
